1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OutboundCalls.ai, operated by SYNTRANOVA AL LTD (Registration No. HE 485824), located in Nicosia, Cyprus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

OutboundCalls.ai is an AI-powered outbound calling platform. The service allows you to upload contact lists, create AI voice agents, configure call scripts, and launch automated outbound calling campaigns. The platform includes analytics, call recording, campaign management, and CRM integration features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person or legal entity
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

When using our platform, you agree to the following:

  • You must comply with TCPA, GDPR, and all applicable local telecom regulations
  • You must have proper consent before calling any contacts
  • You must respect Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists and honor opt-out requests
  • You must not use the service for harassment, threats, or any illegal purposes
  • You must not use the service for spam or unsolicited marketing without proper consent
  • You must not attempt to disguise caller identity for fraudulent purposes
  • You must comply with calling hour restrictions in the jurisdiction of each contact

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of calls are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Calls promoting illegal activities
  • Calls containing hate speech or discrimination
  • Calls impersonating government agencies or law enforcement
  • Calls making false or misleading claims
  • Calls to emergency numbers

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination.

6. Contact Lists

  • You are solely responsible for the legality of your contact lists
  • You must have proper consent to call each contact on your lists
  • You must honor Do-Not-Call requests within 24 hours
  • We reserve the right to remove contacts that generate complaints
  • You must comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding your contact data

7. Billing & Payment

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected
  • Usage-based charges (call minutes) are billed per minute at the applicable rate
  • All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
  • Late payment may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
  • Refund policy: unused prepaid minutes are refundable within 30 days of purchase

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the OutboundCalls.ai platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by SYNTRANOVA AL LTD. You retain full ownership of your data, content, call scripts, contact lists, and any materials you upload to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNTRANOVA AL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
  • We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms of Service
  • Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days
  • After the 30-day export period, all your data will be permanently deleted

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYNTRANOVA AL LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, your outbound calling campaigns, your contact lists, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material changes take effect, via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
